How accurate is the badge OCR?
On clear, in-focus badge photos the OCR captures the full badge text. Accuracy on glare, motion blur, or exotic fonts is surfaced honestly per field with confidence scores — you can edit any field before saving.
Where does the enrichment data come from?
The pipeline searches public web sources: the company's own site for email-format conventions, public LinkedIn profiles for the person, and the domain's MX records for deliverability. Only name, company, and title from your scan are sent — never your contact list.
What if there's no signal on the show floor?
Scans queue locally on your device (IndexedDB) and automatically enrich + sync the moment connectivity returns. No manual retry, no lost leads.
Which CRMs does it export to?
Today: CSV and vCard export — one tap each, ready for any CRM import. Deeper CRM sync is on the roadmap.
Do I need a special badge reader or hardware?
No. LeadLens runs in your browser on the phones you already carry — install it as a PWA from the browser menu and it behaves like a native app.
