No. LeadLens runs as an installable Progressive Web App in your mobile browser. The native iOS app is being wired for offline-heavy booth teams, but the web scanner works now.

Images are sent to the selected vision provider for extraction and are not retained on our servers after the extraction call completes. Contact data stays encrypted in your workspace.

HubSpot is available on paid plans — contact support to enable it for your workspace. Google Sheets, Slack, CSV, Excel, vCard, and webhooks (Zapier, Make, n8n) are self-service from your Settings panel.

Accuracy depends on badge layout, lighting, and available enrichment data. LeadLens uses provider fallback, duplicate checks, and human review fields for the weird badges every show seems to invent.

Rental scanners are often expensive, event-bound, and built around post-show exports. LeadLens is reusable across shows, keeps contacts portable, and starts below many single-event scanner rentals.

Use Team Max for the public self-serve path. If you expect 20+ seats, 5,000+ monthly scans, or a multi-show rollout, contact us before show week and we will quote a flat volume plan.
