How do I scan a badge?

Sign in, open the dashboard, choose a Show, and tap Scan. Hold the badge inside the on-screen frame. We extract name, title, company, email, and phone, then enrich missing fields automatically.

My contacts didn't sync to my phone.

Pull-to-refresh on the iOS app's Leads tab. If you signed up on the web and don't see your data on mobile yet, sign in to the dashboard once on this device — cloud sync runs on first load.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account → Billing. You can change plan, update payment, or cancel at any time. Cancellations keep your tier active until the end of the billing period.

Does LeadLens work offline?

The web app caches your most recent contacts for offline viewing. Scans captured offline queue and sync the next time you have signal. The native iOS app has the same offline scan queue.

Where is my data stored?

On Supabase (US-East), in PostgreSQL with row-level security so only you and your team see your contacts. We never sell your data. See our privacy policy for full details.

Which CRMs does LeadLens integrate with?

HubSpot connects directly on paid plans — enable it from Settings. For Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, and others, use the Webhook or Zapier/Make/n8n preset in Settings → Integrations.

Can multiple team members scan at the same event?

Yes. Team plans (2–20 members) sync contacts in real time so everyone's scans appear in a shared workspace. Switch to a Team plan from your Account page.
