Before the show
Most lead-capture failures happen before doors open. Confirm your workspace, export paths, and rep assignments while you still have desk Wi-Fi.
- Create or select the show in LeadLens and name it exactly how sales ops will search for it.
- Connect HubSpot, Google Sheets, Slack, or webhook targets on paid plans — test one export end-to-end.
- Publish your digital booth card (QR, NameDrop setup, Wallet pass, optional NFC stickers).
- Brief reps on duplicate checks, lead temperature tags, and required booth notes.
At the booth
Capture while the conversation is fresh. Review fields before export so CRM data stays trustworthy.
- Scan badges, QR codes, and business cards into the same show workspace.
- Add booth notes and hot/warm/cold scores before the next visitor arrives.
- Run enrichment on paid tiers when email or LinkedIn is missing from the badge.
- Export hot leads during the show — not only after teardown.
After the last session
Close the loop while context is still shared across the team.
- Export the full booth list to CSV, HubSpot, or Sheets for sales ops.
- Audit duplicates and incomplete records before Monday pipeline reviews.
- Archive or rename the show so the next event starts clean.
